What does 1–60 actually cost?
Without touching a single buff it's 4,084,700 experience to go from level 1 to 60. Everything below comes out of the client — the level curve and the buff percentages are both read from the game files, not typed in by hand.

Where these percentages come from
Every row above is a spell the client marks with aura 200, which the game describes verbatim as “Experience gains increased by X%”. The numbers aren't estimates — they're the effect values in the spell data.
Left out on purpose:Well-Rested— its value is stored as a reference to another spell ($429959s0) that isn't in the client. Rather than guess, it's excluded. The well-known rested bonus is still worth roughly double XP on its own.
Do the buffs stack?
They add, they don't multiply. Two +50% buffs land you at +100%, not +125%. That's why the multiplier column tops out fast and then flattens — and why chasing a fourth buff is usually worse than just playing the game faster.
Note the fine print on two of them: Well Fed XP Boost only applies to kills, and Winds of Wisdom is flagged CN only in the client. If you're on a US or EU realm, don't plan around it.
